Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Landscaper Agent service ("Service"). It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the conduct below. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and we may report violations to law enforcement when warranted.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

Legal violations

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Engage in fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Send communications that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, state mini-TCPA laws, anti-spam laws, or similar laws.

Harm to others

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, or deceptive communications.
• Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or intimidate any person.
• Upload, share, or generate content that is sexually explicit, depicts violence, promotes self-harm, or exploits minors in any way.
• Discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.

Infrastructure abuse

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any connected system without our prior written permission.
• Interfere with the Service through denial-of-service attacks, malware, or excessive automated requests.
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control feature of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service except via our public API where authorized.
• Resell, sublicense, or grant access to the Service to a third party except as expressly permitted.

AI feature abuse

• Use AI features to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Use AI features to generate misleading content presented as factual without verification.
• Use AI features to generate content that violates this AUP, including spam, harassment, or illegal content.
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the underlying AI models or their training data.
• Submit prompts designed to bypass safety controls, generate harmful content, or impersonate any person without consent.

Account and data abuse

• Create accounts using false identity or stolen information.
• Share login credentials with anyone outside your authorized team.
• Upload data you don't have the right to upload.
• Upload personal data of any individual without obtaining required consents.
• Use the Service to compete with us, including building a competing product or scraping our pricing or reference data.

2. Required Conduct

You must:

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Promptly remove or correct content that violates this AUP if you become aware of it.
• Comply with opt-out requests from your customers, leads, or other End Recipients of communications you send through the Service.
• Honor data-subject rights requests from your end customers as required by law.
• Maintain accurate and current account information.

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — by another user, by a recipient of communications sent through your account, or otherwise — please report it to support@landscaperagent.com. We investigate in good faith and respond as appropriate.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice when necessary:

• Investigate suspected violations.
• Remove or disable access to violating content.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Cooperate with law enforcement.
• Pursue legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief.

We may also suspend access to specific features (such as SMS sending) if we receive complaints or detect patterns suggesting AUP violations, even before a final determination.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
